What R2R is All About

What R2R is All About

Our goal is to obtain functional stability both in active and daily living. We believe in starting at the basic's and building a solid foundation. Get ready to be challenged through static holds, reconditioned movement patterning for your daily and active lifestyle and achieve pain reduction and freedom.

What is Fascial Stretch Therapy?

Our clients commonly referred to FST as:

    1. Like a thai massage
    2. Yoga but we do it for you.
FST is a pain-free stretch session using traction, breathing and active release to open up and relieve tension. We don’t target one muscle, rather we look at the entire line of muscles and joints.

Who Can Benefit From it?

We are firm believers that everyone can benefit from FST! You don’t have to be in pain to feel the positive effects. We all get into bad habits and it’s our job to help you break them in order to move easier and more comfortably.

What is Ultimate Human Performance Stretch Method?

What is Ultimate Human Performance Stretch Method?

One client stated: “This is a serious twist on yoga!” Though UHP does use static holds similar to some yoga styles, the science backing UHP is far more enhanced for pain management and recovery. UHP uses a structured static work and rest period to achieve results and relief.

Who can Benefit from it?

UHP is designed for every body type and ability. From the sedentary to the Navy SEAL. From the athlete to the injured. From the new parents to grandparents. We all need to move in bodies without restriction and pain!

Why Stretch?

Releasing tension through both FST and UHP has proven to be very effective for our clients. We will occasionally use self release tools, such as tension balls or foam rollers, in sessions to aid in the tension release progress. We are also firm believers that it is more effective to do a little bit of stretching every day than a big release once in a while.

What are the Benefits?

Increased range of motion. Decreased risk of injury. Joint stability. Pain relief. Improved athletic performance. Increased flexibility. Better sex.
